Pre Nursery offers a nurturing and learning environment for children aged two years old.
They can then transition over to the School Nursery the term after they turn three.

WEEK BEGINNING : Monday 28th June, 2021
This week we have been getting ready to cheer on the England football team by making flags and decorating special themed biscuits. We have also made our own bug hotel, we are gong to keep watching to see if we have any special visitors.
Week beginning: Monday 21st June, 2021
This week we have talked about what we would like for our snacks in Pre Nursery. We have talked about healthy options and then made a shopping list, for what we need. The supermarket then delivered our shopping and we helped to put it away.
We found a family of mini spiders outside, so we spent a long time watching them to see what they were doing. We also had fun making a painting window and then painting.
Week beginning: Monday 7th June 2021
This week in Pre Nursery we have been looking at changes. We have explored ice and watched it melt, we have melted chocolate to make cakes, and we have planted some seeds, we are excited to see what happens over the next couple of weeks. We made some tactile balloons and felt them to see what they felt like, they were all different. We have also been printing with various shapes, and we pretended we were various animals and learned a new animals in action song.
Week beginning: Monday 24th May 2021
This week we have had a great week in Pre Nursery. We have made some leaf collages and looked at the colours of the leaves, we then looked outside with an outdoor obstacle course, and used chalks to mark make outside. We also enjoyed listening to traditional nursery rhymes and told our own stories with puppets and characters.
